Cycle Charting Education ($250 for the entire course)

Education consists of three pre-recorded lectures using the FEMM method to teach women how to chart their cycles and understand hormonal health.  In these sessions we will learn to identify normal and healthy reproductive cycles from puberty to menopause, provide clarification on when a medical work up could be indicated, and support a deeper understanding of common symptoms such as acne, irregular bleeding, and PMS as connecting reproductive health to your overall health.

teenFEMM is not currently available in the self paced online course format

teenFEMM is a six lecture series aimed at providing adolescent girls education and support about their changing bodies. These sessions are best conducted in person and can be taught as group classes such as mothers & daughters, school/church or other group classes. Prices vary depending on the format. Please inquire here for more information.

Education consists of personalized instruction using Alexis’ healthcare background and the FEMM method to teach women how to chart their cycles and understand hormonal health. In these sessions we will learn to identify normal and healthy reproductive cycles from puberty to menopause, provide clarification on when a medical work up could be indicated, and support a deeper understanding of common symptoms such as acne, irregular bleeding, and PMS as connecting reproductive health to your overall health. 

Three 60-90 minute sessions over 3-4 months with cycle charting analysis at the beginning of the session 2 & 3. One time purchase of $300 for the bundle. Pre-recorded sessions are available here for $250.

Sessions available as individual or group classes, in person or virtually can be scheduled in-person, virtually, or viewed online as a self paced course.

Outside of Cultivate Flourishing Alexis practices as a Family Nurse Practitioner in Lexington, KY and is unable to take Primary Care Patients at this time.
