Hello and welcome to Cultivate Flourishing. 

My name is Alexis McAnally and I want to help you understand the gift & dignity of your body by focusing on an understanding of your reproductive health. 

I am a nurse practitioner with 15 years of healthcare experience ranging from being a nurse in surgical services and labor and delivery to being a Primary Care Provider caring for the whole person. 

While searching for how to better serve my patients in ways that work with the body and searching to better understand my own health, I learned about the world of fertility awareness and restorative reproductive medicine which led me to FEMM.

FEMM or FERTILITY EDUCATION & MEDICAL MANAGEMENT is an education and prevention based reproductive health program that teaches women to understand their bodies, allows cycle tracking via the FEMM charting app, and provides evidenced based testing and treatments from certified providers. So think of being here as getting the health class you never had!

I became a FEMM certified provider, using protocols from the Reproductive Health Research Institute to treat hormonal issues at their root cause in the primary care setting. Seeking more time to truly collaborate with women, I became a FEMM certified teacher and started Cultivate Flourishing, LLC as the platform for that educational partnership. 

By being here- taking courses, meeting 1 on 1 or participating in a group class I hope that you are able to cultivate hormonal health for feminine flourishing. 

Outside of this space a majority of my time is spent living life alongside my husband and our three sons. Together with our dog we enjoy camping for great outdoor adventures!
