Courses

Education consists of three pre-recorded lectures using the FEMM method to teach women how to chart their cycles and understand hormonal health.  In these sessions we will learn to identify normal and healthy reproductive cycles from puberty to menopause, provide clarification on when a medical work up could be indicated, and support a deeper understanding of common symptoms such as acne, irregular bleeding, and PMS as connecting reproductive health to your overall health.
